Britney Spears is taken to the hospital after heated fight after Britney allegedley refused to give custody of her children back to Kevin Federline.
After Britney Spears defied court-mandated visitation hours Thursday night by refusing to turn over her two sons to ex-husband Kevin Federline, police were called to her home and later a reportedly intoxicated Britney Spears was taken via ambulance to L.A.’s Cedars-Sinai Medical Center. As of 3:45 a.m PST Friday, Spears remained in the hospital under observation. A hospital source tells Usmagazine.com that Spears has been designated a “special needs” patient, meaning “they have either overdosed or tried to commit suicide.
